Publisher Description
Take advantage of having the MEDIFIT manager to always have access to your workout.
The mediFIT Trainer is an application developed by Technogym to make your training experience more personal, exciting and effective. It helps you improve your training by giving you access to your data anytime, anywhere.
Start exercising with the mediFIT trainer, collect MOVEs (the Technogym unit that measures movements) and get more active every day. For example, a low-intensity run of about 10 minutes translates to about 120 MOVEs.
The quickest and easiest way is to collect the MOVEs directly on the Technogym machines. Log in to the devices with your account and train with the best training programs. With the app you can view your training program, the details of the exercises and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your training session.
